In this role, you will report to the Group Financial Controller and will be responsible for the maintenance of the general ledgers of 7 legal entities. Furthermore, you will oversee treasury function of legal entities and assist in producing monthly and annual financial statements, in working with auditors, banks and other professional advisors as well as in tax and payroll related returns for Swiss legal entities. Back office support for wood trading and other activities, maintaining filing systems and liasing with internal and external business partners complete your broad area of responsibilities.

The position requires a commercial background and at least 4 years experience in accounting. An education as accounting clerk would be ideal but is not mandatory as long as the relevant knowledge and experience was acquired on-the-job, preferably in an international company. A good understanding of export issues is a plus. The successful candidate shows a pragmatic approach and is able to cope with a broad range of tasks. In addition, he or she is resilient and reliable and demonstrates an accurate and independent working style. You think ahead and act solution-oriented. Fluency in English and German is a must, Portuguese would be a plus. A sound knowledge of MS Navision as well as the MS-Office applications is expected.
