As a senior consultant in Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology you will play an important role in our project teams and as an experienced and respected GRC professional, you will be a major contributor to the delivery of high quality results to our national and international clients in Switzerland and abroad.
Your role will involve providing advisory services to clients in the areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance technology, particularly access and process controls. You will be working on national and international client projects where you will be involved in developing and implementing integrated GRC concepts (requirements analysis, functional and technical concepts, implementation and rollout, preparing and conducting workshops). Further tasks will include the identification and analysis of risk, analysis of the existing process documentation and IT landscape as well as ensuring compliance for IT enabled business processes, creation of process and control documentation and documentation for performing reviews. You will also be involved in business development activities such as support in proposals and active knowledge management

Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in information technology or similar field
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (French is an asset)
- Experienced in client facing consulting
- Experience in banking and insurance industry
- Experience with Basel III or Solvency II
- One to four years experience in management of projects
- Background in SAP ERP is required
- Understanding of and preferably experienced with business processes and workflows
- Preferably with background of GRC components such as SAP GRC Access Controls, Process Controls and Risk Management, or Oracle Fusion GRC
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Conceptual and creative mindset
- Very good presentation skills
- Enterpreneurial and structured mindset
- Results and solution oriented approach to work
- High client focus
- Strong team player
- Good knowledge of the market and competitors
- Willingness to travel
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PRINCE2, IPMA or ITIL are a plus
