Country Clinical Quality Manager 60-70 % (f/m)
Your responsibilities:
- ensure clinical data quality, with the related decision-making authority to take action on audit findings
- mitigate QC findings and develop and roll out country level training. Impact is significant and global
- identify data quality issues, oversee a root cause analysis, develop mitigation plans and execute on them
- be able to identify problems and escalate to management as appropriate (e.g. of common problems: inadequate training of staff ; compliance issues that can affect study quality; local procedures not updated)
- Work closely with internal CRD, CRAs, CPMs, CRMs, Regulatory Affairs, PV and GCC and external with locally selected vendors and investigators
- conducting and monitoring of clinical trials and related processes
Experience/Qualifications required:
- BSc or MSc in Life Science or equivalent Health Care related experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience as CRA/CPM or Quality Management as well as experience in execution of Clinical trials is mandatory
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, cross-functional experience
- Outstanding teamwork and leadership skills, including conflict resolution expertise and discretion
- Ability to analyze, interpret and solve complex problems
- Ability to think strategically and objectively and with creativity and innovation
- Used to interact proficiently with all levels of management and exert influence to achieve results
- Superior oral and written communication in German, English and preferable French
