CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Aufgaben
To be successful in this position, you have a Commercial Degree and at least 2-3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the watch industry. Fluent in German, you have a good knowledge of English (French is a plus), you are proficient in MS Office (SAP is a plus) and have some knowledge of export documentation. Precise in your work, customer-oriented and autonomous, you have very good communication skills and a well developed team spirit.

Voraussetzungen
In this function you will be the contact person for our clients and will maintain an active communication with them. Your main responsibility will be to optimize and manage the orders and requests of our clients and distributors in Europe, Switzerland and Middle-East, from customer accounts creation to shipping and invoicing. Moreover, you will also be in charge of daily communication and interaction with our Sales and Logistics departments.
