Your challenge

Our Swiss Consulting practice has offices throughout Switzerland and works with other parts of our global firm to serve our clients across a wide range of geographies. The practice provides services in Strategy, Operations, Human Capital, Technology, Enterprise Applications and Actuarial, and we also cover a range of industry sectors including (but not limited to) Financial Services, Public Sector, Life Sciences, Consumer Business and Manufacturing.

A role within our Consulting service line will typically involve:

• Designing and delivering client solutions within your area of expertise, often as part of wider business critical projects;
• Contributing to practice management, including recruitment, coaching and appraisals;
• Supporting the growth of the practice through new business proposals and presentations.

Your profile

• University level degree
• Depending on your level of experience, you should have experience in a line or project role which demonstrates your ability to structure, manage and deliver change
• Depending on your level of experience and your interest, you should also have expertise across one or more of the following areas:
  • business strategy
  • financial management and operations
  • transformational programme management
  • supply chain strategy
  • organisational design and operations.
  • Fluency in English and either German or French
  • Due to the nature of our work as consultants, full travel mobility is essential
