This is an exciting opportunity to bring a luxury InterContinental to market which is situated at the altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level, the InterContinental Hotel Davos is scheduled to open during the last quarter of 2013.
All 216 rooms including 23 suites feature balconies with stunning views over the mountain village and landscape of Davos located in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. For ultimate relaxation, a spa and wellness area of 1.600 sqm include pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and treatment rooms- with equally breathtaking view of the surrounding alpine scenery.
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front office (for example guest registration, porter services, business center, telephone services, concierge services, and guest reservations) to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
This job is the top Front Office job reporting to the Director of Rooms at a large luxury hotel. Typically supervises front desk agents, and porter/shuttle services, reservations, PBX, etc. May oversee subordinate supervisors.

It is anticipated that for this role you will possess a Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration, plus proven background in a Front Office/Guest Service environment including some management experience.
