Le est le lieu idéal de rendez-vous pour hommes et femmes d’affaires. Deux restaurants "Le Sud/Genève", concept de restauration du groupe Nord Sud Brasseries de Paul Bocuse et  "Le Rasoi", restaurant de haut-standing de cuisine indienne, complètent l’offre.

We are currently looking for a motivated career minded professional whose native language is French or who speaks and write fluent English and is wanting to develop her career in the French speaking part of Switzerland in a challenging position as: FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Minimum 7 years of Reception experience in deluxe hotels. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience at Supervisory/Manager’s level. International experience preferred. Graduate from Hotel or Tourism school preferable.

Perfectly fluent in French & English – a must! Third language – a Plus!

Good communicator and listener. Strong people and leadership skills. Capacity to anticipate. Excellent planning and effective time management skills.

Excellent presentation. Self confident but not arrogant. Positive attitude. Good trainer – Role Model. Candidates must either be Swiss or EU citizens in order to obtain work permit, therefore non EU citizens need not to apply. Possibility of lodging on site at reasonable cost.

 

The FOM provides exceptional Guest Service as well as Direction, Supervision and Leadership in accordance with the objectives of performance and quality standards as established by the hotel management.

He/she is responsible for the following departments: Reception, Guest Relations and Night Manager & his staff. He/she handles all managerial matters related to guests or colleagues. He/she works at the Front Office when necessary. He/she studies and evaluates the FO performance and brings effective solutions for improvements when needed. He/she monitors in particular the Check-in, Check-out processes of the guests and the way that they are taken care of during their stay. He/she ensures that Mandarin Oriental Legendary Quality Experiences and Guiding Principles are being adhered to at all times. He/she replaces the Assistant Rooms Division Manager during his absence.
