| Hedge Fund (Insurance Linked) Middle Office Team Lead (f/m) |
We Offer

- The opportunity to manage a small team (3-5 employees) of hedge fund middle office specialists
- Lead the provision of “Portfolio management support services” for our Insurance Linked (ILS) product. Amongst other these services include:
- Shadow accounting/position keeping
- Payments
- Trade settlement/monitoring, reconciliation
- FX hedges
- NAV calculation/reconciliation
- Data entry, archiving
- Interaction with parties outside CS, e.g., administrator and custodians
- Significant contribution to a transition effort that is to bring our business to the next growth curve
- Make significant contributions in a systems development project

You Offer
- University degree (preferably Business Administration and/or IT) and at least 5 years in banking in an operations position with at least 3 years team leadership experience
- Team Leadership experience, strong leadership personality
- Team player
- Experience leading transition projects
- Ability to identify, assess, propose and implement improvements in an independent manner
- Very good understanding of the various roles in a typical asset management value chain (advisor, portfolio manager, trader, broker, custodian, administrator)
- Excellent understanding of IT/data processing, programming skills a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in Excel (incl. complex Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint
- A good understanding of the reinsurance business (Cat Bonds, Quota shares, Insurance linked Swaps, Life deals, …), actual experience in the Reinsurance Business is a significant plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Fluent English and German language skills
