- Manage and lead the team by objectives
- Develop and empower the team to achieve the set targets
- Establish and run pro-active monitoring of repair orders
- Issue reminders based on time stamps in SAP
- Establish and operate single point of contact to customer support team for material availability (triage or requests, prioritization in expediting) in collaboration with Repair Order Management and planning
- Work with logistics to avoid transportation delays
- Ensure mitigation of potential operational risks
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA and any other regulations requested by customers for handling aircraft material
- Responsible to support implementation of / assure compliance with Safety management System (SMS) and assure continuous development of safety culture
- Responsible and accountable for budget and head counts

| Ihr Profil |
- Business / Technical Education (HWV, FH, TS, Meisterschule)
- Min. 3 years of Professional experience in Procurement / Logistics
- Min. 2 years of Leadership experience
- Industrial experience in MRO would be an asset
- Experienced knowledge in SAP MM
- Very Good MS Office skills
- Fluent in German and English (spoken & written), any other language is an advantage
- Good Team Player in a multicultural enviroment
