Sales Manager (m/f) 100% in Zürich

Beschreibung

Drive sales growth across and inside regions
Implement sales tools and processes to improve in-store salesmanship effectiveness, opportunity funnel management, and conversion rate of new sales opportunities.
Demonstrate ability to drive change and empower staff to delivery
Lead, manage and direct sales team within the CH to achieve overall sales targets and profit goals for the business.
Develop and execute a sales strategic plan that aligns with overall business strategy
Controls all elements of the sales process within the region from in-store activity, forecasting, and employee development
Enforces best practice to drive the sales process from plan to close
Demonstrate successful sales hunter capability
Provide weekly sales target and forecasting updates
Minimum of 10 years sales experience (with significant retail experience a bonus)
4-6 years senior sales management experience
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
A proven track record of creating and nurturing a high growth retail sales in a fast paced environment
Be highly organised and able to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Very good verbal and written skills in German and English
A global awareness of differing business practices
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Self-starter who is enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work quickly and under pressure
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
General Interest in sustainability
Have superior influential communication skills with well-developed interpersonal skills
