VIP Project Planner (m/f), Ref. OAV

| Ihre Aufgaben |
- Support program planning with Sales and evaluate ground times
- Establish project planning in coordination with Interior Design, Engineering, Procurement and Production
- Set up priorities and communicate milestones to project core team
- Follow-up and update schedule with task completion and progress
- Analyze and escalate planning risks to project core team
- Support project team meetings with latest informations
- Collect project forecast and communicate with Controlling & MRO production & slot management planning
- Support project internal reporting & customer meetings
- Develop standard manufacturing & assembly sequences for VIP high quality product
- Organize weekly Production review meeting
- Ensure interface between the different levels of planning
- Propose improvement of current planning tools and processes

| Ihr Profil |
- Technical apprenticeship (Cabinet maker or VIP interior production experience would be an asset) and / or a further technical or commercial education
- Good IT knowhow (MS-Office, SAP)
- Experience in Aviation is an asset
- Preferabely German mothertongue and advanced English
- Planning experience is a plus
